Reservations

We are open year-round. Our daily rate for 2024 is $63.24 for a full hook-up site; this rate INCLUDES the required 8% Montana bed tax. FHU sites include water, sewer, electric and WiFi at your site. Rates include a FHU site for up to 2 adults; extra people (age 12 and up) are $3 each per night.

Please note, we allow a maximum of 4 adults (people aged 12 years or older) per RV, and an overall maximum of 6 people total per RV. We do not allow tent camping or outside sleeping of any kind.

We offer a few discounted rates and if you are eligible, you’ll receive 10% off the above rate, making the base rate $56.92 per night. We also offer a discounted weekly rate (pay for 6 consecutive nights, get the 7th night FREE) of $379.44. For more information, please read through the Special Offers section on this page.

Please note, a one-time $3 processing fee will apply to each reservation. Multiple discounts cannot be combined. We do not offer monthly rates while in season (March 15th - October 15th).

When you are booking your reservation either online or via phone, please do not book a space that does not work for you. We do not have cookie-cutter spaces; each one is unique. Be sure to read all site descriptions when booking online or discuss your needs with our staff when booking over the phone. Due to availability, we likely will not have the ability to move you out of the space assigned at booking. If you need a 50amp site or a pull thru, do not book a 30amp site or a back in with the expectation that we can easily move you when you arrive. The space you choose at booking will likely be the space you are in for the duration of your stay.

If you are looking for a space after office hours, please stop by the office porch for simple to follow after hours instructions. DO NOT pull into a space without first checking which sites are available, as someone may have already paid for that site and just not arrived yet. We generally stay full every night while in season. If that is the case, appropriate signage will be posted on the porch.

If you are booking an overnight stay during our off-season (October - March), water availability may be limited at the sites due to freezing temperatures common in this area. In this case, a fill station is provided and our restroom & shower facilities are open 24/7.

Checking in online is not required. If you do so, you must still stop at the office to check-in so we know you’ve arrived.

Lock Site Feature

When you make a reservation, the site type (i.e. 50 AMP, pull thru) chosen at the time of booking is guaranteed simply by booking. We do not guarantee specific site numbers, so it is possible that your site location will change from the one you originally chose.

Due to the nature of online booking engines, the system may automatically move your reservation to a different site to optimize occupancy. Again, the site type you choose at booking is guaranteed, but the site number may change.

However, when booking you have the completely optional ability to pay a $50 non-refundable lock site fee to lock in the exact space you are choosing. If you don’t want to pay that fee, rest assured, you will get a lovely space with all of the amenities you’ve reserved and we will retain some flexibility in shuffling reservations appropriately.

Please note, all lock site fees are non-refundable.

Winter Considerations

Please note, water to the overnight spaces will be blown out no later than October 15th and will be turned back on no sooner than March 15th each year due to winter temperatures common in this area. During this time, we offer a fill station if your RV is not winterized and you want to use water. However, we highly recommend doing your research before planning your trip to Montana during our winter months, as every RV reacts differently to cold weather.

Booking for 2025

2025 is open for booking. If you are booking your reservation for 2025 in 2024 before we set our rates for the following year, you may owe a small balance upon arrival in 2025. If you have questions regarding rates or booking for 2025, please contact us.

Special Offers

We offer several special discounted rates you can access while booking online or via phone.

To redeem promo codes online, please be sure to add in the appropriate promo code during checkout. Once you’ve put your guest information into the system, you will move onto checkout. On the checkout screen, you will see the guest information and payment area on the left, as well as an order summary on the right-hand side. At the bottom of the order summary section, there is a small green line that states “Enter a Promo Code.” Click the link and a box for the promo code will appear. Type in the code you’d like to use and the booking engine will automatically add the discount to your order if it is a valid code.

Please note, multiple discounts and/or promo codes cannot be combined.

Weekly Rate

When you book 7 nights, you get the 7th night free. This makes the 2024 weekly rate $379.44, a savings of $63.24. Redeem the weekly special when booking online by using promo code 7NIGHTS.

Good Sam Club / 10% off rates

We are a Good Sam RV Park. If you are a Good Sam member, you will receive 10% off the normal daily rates throughout the year. Redeem your Good Sam discount when booking online by using promo code GS10. Valid on daily rates only. Current Good Sam Membership card required at check-in.

Military / 10% off Rates

We also offer 10% off daily rates throughout the year to Active Duty Military or Veterans. Redeem your Military discount when booking online by using promo code MIL10. Valid on daily rates only. Current Military or Veteran ID required at check-in.

First Responder / 10% off Rates

We also offer 10% off daily rates throughout the year to First Responders. Redeem your First Responders discount when booking online by using promo code FR10. Valid on daily rates only.

Cancellations & Refunds

At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to the one night rate. Please inform us of any discounts you’d like to use at the time of booking.

All reservations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the required one night deposit.

For multi-night reservations, if you do not contact us 48 hours or more in advance of your arrival AND do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date, you forfeit your remaining reservation and the space will be released to other guests.

We are happy to make adjustments to your reservation at no charge up to 48 hours before your currently scheduled arrival date. Changes to your reservation are subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate your changes and you decide to cancel your reservation, the cancellation policy still applies.

All Lock Site fees are non-refundable.

By reserving a space with your credit card (as required for all reservations), you are authorizing us to enforce the cancellation policy.

Refund Policy: If you need to shorten your stay, refunds may be given for unused nights if we are notified by 11:00 am on the day BEFORE your new departure date.

We do not offer refunds for weather conditions, wildfire smoke or other circumstances outside of our control.
